A collaboration with Pindemic, this limited-edition lapel pin was commissioned by AfA Singapore to commemorate Singapore AIDS Candlelight Memorial on 28th May 2023.
International AIDS Candlelight Memorial is held on the third Sunday of May every year. This year, it will be held on 18 May 2024.
AIDS Candlelight Memorial Day is commemorated to remember the lives lost to AIDS and to honour those serving the community by mitigating the effects of HIV/AIDS. The pin combines a candle with the red ribbon, a symbol of awareness and support for People Living with HIV (PLHIV). Wearing it symbolises solidarity with PLHIV and taking a stand against stigma and discrimination.
Each pin order will contribute to our mission to raise awareness of HIV, lower new HIV transmissions, and erase HIV-related stigma & discrimination in Singapore.
